Hello Jaguars, 

I hope this message finds you enjoying your last few days of summer break. A new school year is on the horizon with so much to look forward to. We can't wait for you all to get on campus and get this school year started. 

Welcome El Sereno students, families, and community! 

A new school year is on the horizon with so much to look forward to. We can't wait for you all to get on campus and get this school year started.  First day of school is August, 14th, 2023.   

Not only am I excited to start the school year, but I also look forward to the work we will do together. My goal is to ensure that all children are safe, healthy and happy so that they can learn as much as they can and have the best educational experience possible. 

Finally, As the principal, I will ensure that a college and career atmosphere motivates all students to enliven the spirit, energy, and vitality of El Sereno Middle School. Having a college-career outlook will help address academic challenges and create a safe, welcoming environment for every student on campus. Learning grows when you feel connected to a school.  We are hoping every student finds a way to connect with the campus, with our amazing staff, and with one another.  We will focus on school pride through a plethora of activities planned throughout the school year.
